INSIGHT:
It’s frustrating to see people cutting the line. It would be even more frustrating to see they can do it without even physically being there.
IDEA:
People lining up will see the people who ordered online overtaking them.
EXECUTION:
A digital screen on the floor shows people that someone else is actually in the queue with them but going faster.
